(Bryan, TX – April 24th, 2017) – FrogSlayer, a leading custom software development company based out of Bryan-College Station, announces two new additions to their growing team. Chris Morel will be joining the FrogSlayer team from Austin as the company’s Director of Operations, bringing more than 25 years of project management and operations management experience. Thomas Supercinski has joined FrogSlayer as a Senior Software Developer for the company, adding just over 10 years of experience to FrogSlayer’s development team.

FrogSlayer’s President and CEO, Ross Morel, says, “It is important to our growth that we add these two experienced individuals to our leadership team at FrogSlayer. Both Chris and Thomas have core values and goals which align with those of our team. At the end of the day that’s what matters most to our team – bringing people onboard that share the same purpose and serve our clients in the same manner.   With Chris and Thomas now a part of our team, FrogSlayer can continue grow while never failing to work towards our commitments each day.”

“I find the culture of this company very appealing,” said Chris Morel when asked why he decided to join the FrogSlayer team. “I’ve already experienced the way the FrogSlayers work and I find it impressive; they are a collaborative team with great professionalism and never fail to present new ideas everyday. Add this with the culture I mentioned before, and you will find something so different from the corporate setting I’ve worked in for so many years. I’m ready to be a part of something so distinct and play my role in helping FrogSlayer’s clients grow and succeed.”

When asked why he decided to join FrogSlayer, Thomas Supercinski said, “FrogSlayer grants me the opportunity to, not only watch an already awesome culture develop, but also one that allows me to be a part of that kind of growth and even help steer it along. It is very exciting to be on this new journey with a company who so strongly believes in having a deep dedication to all their client’s success, and encourages a personal responsibility among each person and relationship.”

Since 2013, FrogSlayer has experienced an average year-on-year revenue growth of 41%, employing just over 30 people and working with many clients outside of Texas. Ross Morel stated, “We never outsource to other firms and we never offshore any work. Ever. I think this message has resonated well with companies looking to build custom software. We intend to continue hiring in Bryan-College Station and bring as many jobs here as we can.”
